Surrounded on the front and back by stacks of shipping containers, Ibiza's Plan Be has an uncommonly industrial feel for the island, despite the lush palm trees that line the dance floor. Launched in 2012, the open-air club holds about 2000 people who can dance under the sun, as the club gets going by mid-day and carries on well into the night. The club is more stripped down than most in Ibiza, and with the only DJ booth located squarely in the front of the club, the focus is clearly on the music—which is primarily varying shades of house and techno.
