2010 has been a great year. Warehouse parties in Dalston, a sunny afternoon with secretsundaze at the Rich Mix, sailing the Adriatic with the Garden Festival, an album launch in New York as well as some amazing memories from the summer & autumn loft parties. Indeed Move D, Marcel Dettmann, Tony Lionni, Commix, Marcus Worgull, Mark E, Hreno, Mark Seven, Christoper Rau, Danny krivit, Ilija Rudman, Ray Mang, James Priestley, Giles Smith plus many of our London friends have all made their mark at Electric Minds in 2010. The record label continues to flourish with releases from Michael J Collins, Duffstep, Ilija Rudman, San Laurentino, Hreno + a special 12” to be announced before the year is up.
To round off this rather special year, we bring you a rather special New Years Eve party:
Electric Minds presents 6zer0.
6zer0 is a collaboration between EM producer George Levings (Commix), EM designer Samuel Muir and EM regular Marc Zao-Sanders. A stunning, addictive iPhone app, available from the App Store from November ‘10. Electric Minds will be hosting the 6zer0 launch party with a 12-hour NYE spectacular.
The party takes place in a 2 room basement warehouse in the heart of Hoxton that is used as a gallery by day. We'll be installing a full Funktion One rig and with no noise restrictions we'll be making full use of the system well into New Years Day.
