- Huntleys & Palmers turns 4! In the past 4 years we've booked a slew of our favourite artists and DJ's at H&P and various affiliated nights (After Dark, Curious Curious, HIGHLIFE) these have included - to name but a mere few: Actress / Aeroplane / Alex Smoke / Andy Blake / Braiden / Caribou / Daedelus / Daniele Baldelli / Ewan Pearson / Four Tet / Gold Panda / Guido / It's A Fine Line / Jackmaster / James Holden / James Pants / Joakim / Julio Bashmore / Kelley Polar / Levon Vincent / Linkwood / Matias Aguayo / Matthew Dear / Mim Suleiman / Nicolas Jaar / Oni Ayhun / Pilooski / Rebolledo / Silver Apples / Solomun / T. Williams / Threshold Houseboys Choir / Todd Terje / Veronica Vasicka / xxxy Spanning a whole range of musical interests, we fully believe in good music being the only genre worth paying attention to. Each of our guests tend to have their own idiosyncratic, unique qualities and our birthday guest is no different. John Talabot is one of the most exciting and consistent producers around at the moment. His shimmering house productions which include remixes for the likes of The xx and Teengirl Fantasy have been getting hammered by any DJ worth their salt over the past year. With his album due to drop early 2012, he's set to get even bigger. Auntie Flo joins him. As the debutant artist on the label, it's only fitting to have him play our birthday party. He's had a successful year with two sell out releases and counts Gilles Peterson, Ricardo Villalobos and Andrew Weatherall amongst his supporters. Watch out for new productions over the months ahead - including the massive Mela and his Future Rhythm Machine mini album.
