  • WE ARE 2. Here at iDiOSYNC we are struck with love and appreciation for the many clubbers who have attended our events over the past two years. The interest and loyalty of these people are what drives us to provide the freshest acts in dance music and throwing the best parties possible. And so we welcome you to our iDiOSYNC 'iNTHE' series with our launch party in what we feel is one of the dopest venues in Manchester - ANTWERP MANSION. Tucked away just off curry mile this is the perfect surroundings for 2nd birthday finale. The approach to his productions is anything but simple. A melancholy composer whose live sets can raise blisters in a club, Cooper is as comfortable writing abstract electronica as he is writing dancefloor techno 12"s . A rationalist with an otherworldly, idealistic side, Cooper is also a wildly creative musician who until recently had a day job as a sober scientist. Kowton (Crosstwon rebels/Keysound Recordings) The ever elusive Kowton, has quickly risen to become one of the standout producers emerging from the Bristol scene. Joe Cowton made his first foray into producing while at university in Manchester, under the alias Narcossist. Fusing together deep sub-bass tones with the rhythmic skip of UK garage on both the Mindset and Clandestine Cultivations imprints, but by the middle of last year, Cowton had started to unveil a much different style to his work. His debut release as Kowton for Keysound was the first chance for many to hear what he'd been concocting in his new surroundings of Bristol. Since then his tracks have caught the attention of Crosstown Rebels boss Damien Lazarus, who included his track on a compilation CD. With numerous releases on Idle Hands and a recent collaboration with pioneering techno prodigy Tom Diccico, Kowton has already made a firm imprint with his new sound, and its only set to grow in 2012.
