- IMPORTANT FINAL INFORMATION FOR TICKET HOLDERS: _______________________________________________________ Final Tickets There are just a handful of tickets left online on Resident Advisor, these will sell out by 11am on Saturday. Event Location & Arrival Information The Street Party is located on Wilson Street, Shoreditch, EC2A – a short walk from Old Street, Liverpool Street, Moorgate and Shoreditch High Street Stations. The main entrance to the Street Party is located where Wilson Street joins Christopher Street. Please make sure you head straight to this entrance, as you won’t be able to access the party from any other route. Event Times The event starts at 1pm and finishes strictly at 8pm. Please arrive early to avoid queues. Set times will be available at the Street Party. Search, Entry & ID Policy The event is strictly over 18s only. If you look under 21, you may be asked for ID to prove you are 18 or over at both the main entrance and at the bar – take it as a compliment! Ensure you bring valid photo ID with you (an in-date passport or driving license). Everyone will be searched on entry and CCTV will be operational for your own safety. Please arrive with a positive attitude ready for a party, good times and nothing else! The security and event organiaers reserve the right to refuse admission – those refused will be refunded the full cost of their ticket on the door. Please note we will be running a strict no-readmission policy – if you leave the event after your ticket has been scanned for admission, you will not be allowed back in. Nitrous Oxide ‘Laughing Gas’ You will not be permitted to enter the Street Party or After Party with any Nitrous Oxide 'Laughing Gas' canisters, or other legal highs. These will be confiscated at the door. Found are working with the police and local authorities to make this a safe, crime-free event. Food & Drinks Please note that you will not be able to bring your own food, soft drinks or alcoholic drinks to the event – these items will be confiscated at the door. There will be a fully licensed bar at the party, and Caribbean food available from Mama’s Jerk Station! Cash There won’t be any cash points at the event so we advise bringing all the cash you need for the day with you when you arrive. You will be able to use cards for payments over £10 at the bar. Please respect our neighbours & the local environment We’re extremely grateful to be allowed to bring unique outdoor events like this to Shoreditch. In the interest of keeping them going in the future, please be respectful of our neighbours and the local environment by keeping noise to a minimum when arriving and leaving the party and by not littering the surrounding streets. Lost Property Please take care of your belongings and only bring what’s absolutely necessary. There will not be a cloakroom at the Street Party but there will be at the After Party. Any lost items found during the event will be handed into the security staff and kept at the main entrance. Lost property found at the end of the event will be safely stored. Please email [email protected] with your details after the party and if we’ve found your lost property we will re-unite you with it!
