The NeedlExchange is proud to present Honey Soundsystem at Flash, DC, as they embark on their Winter East Coast Tour.
Joining us on this very special night are Honey discaires Jason Kendig and Jacob Sperber (aka P-Play), with support from DC's Sunday TNX Crew.

Since forming in January 2006, Honey Soundsystem has brought new style and edge to the San Francisco dance scene. A collective created in the spirit of the legendary bay area crews, Honey has been making their own scuff marks on today’s dancefloors while spreading the gospel of SF’s rich dance music history. "We are a collective of disc jockeys, musicians, performers and designers. We bond over our shared love of timeless sound, iconic imagery, the complete look, indulgent behavior, and most of all, attractive men."
Honey has been instrumental in the formation of three record labels; Dark Entries, Discaire, and HNYTRX - the in-house label for special one off releases. Their recent HNYTRX/Dark Entries release of Patrick Cowley's "School Daze" garnered the #1 Best Reissue of 2013 at Juno Records.

Since May of 2013, The NeedlExchange has been steadily growing as the go-to Sunday night spot for cunning dance music and good, open-armed vibes. Comprised of four artists, DJs & Producers, their primary home is at The Velvet Lounge on DC's famed U Street. Occasional one-offs and special events are held at various locations around DC.
The NeedlExchange crew, also referred to as TNX, creates forward thinking events with a focus on classic sounds, future ideas and, most importantly, safe environments for everyone to dance, laugh and love.
Their sounds cannot be boxed.
Their focus is local, their vision is global.

Flash is the first and only club in North America to feature Full Fat Audio amplifiers, paired with a digitally processed, fully active, 4-way stereo Funktion-One sound system with over 30,000 peak watts. The state-of-the-art lighting system is combined with an intimate, dancer friendly dancefloor, flanked by cozy alcoves with deep, lush seating.
