After two epic, yet very different events this past Summer, we've ventured down the rabbit hole with some out-and-out house via Adana Twins and Detroit Swindle, and shown a little Berghain techno with the king of it, Marcel Dettmann.
For our closing event of the summer, we're heading back toward a housier sound with two very cool cats in Pit Waldman aka GORGE & Marcus Lambkin aka SHIT ROBOT. We're also making our way back up to the sun drenched oasis of Ivy Pool to finish the summer we're we began.
As per usual, your event Capitan’s Matt Weir & Kerry Wallace and Nergal Youkhana & Daniel Pharley will be in charge of programming what we think will be the best one of the season. With locals still to be announced, keep your eyes and ears peeled for some of the best in Sydney to join us for the ride.
So chuck on your speedos/boardies/bikinis/onsies and join us to say sayonara to the summer warmth and welcome (but actually piss off) to the colder months.
On a side note; This event will be a fully relaxed and loose atmosphere. There will be no typical dress code and crowd, all you need to bring is yourself and a good vibe.

Gorge is one of those dj's that has not been pigeon holed in the past. In saying that, he's always had his eyes well and truly on keeping his sound groovy & melodic. This is evident in the labels he runs, especially 8Bit who he oversees with Nick Curly. There is also his Katchuli imprint. Both labels received worldwide credibility over the last years and the so called "Mannheim sound" changed the minimal trend back to deep groovy house music.

Originally from Ireland, Marcus moved to New York where he eventually befriended James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem fame and started a DJ partnership with him. Moving to rural Germany in 2004 and beginning his production career, he soon had releases on lauded label DFA. From 2004-2014, he has had most of his success on DFA, a label that has some of the most diverse releases out there. His set outside in Ivy Pool, will definitely be one to savour.
