Matt Tolfrey's Leftroom label will mark ten years with a compilation.
Since launching in 2005, Tolfrey has turned Leftroom in a reliable outlet for house and techno, putting out records from a diverse cast of producers ranging from DJ Bone to Steve Lawler to Kate Simko. Due out November 27th, 10 Years Of Leftroom collects both new tracks and previously released cuts. Tolfrey features heavily—his collaborations with Route 94, Guti and Heartthrob appear alongside Larry Heard's remix of Tolfrey's "Distant Story." The likes of Chez Damier, Kate Simko, Jay Haze, JD Twitch, Jasper James and Laura Jones also contribute. In addition to the compilation, the digital package also includes a mix from Tolfrey.
