BBQ, beers, back alleyway hangs on milk crates with mates, zero hates & definitely none of the usual club space tyranny allowed. Once more, the sprinkles on the icing on the cake is the scene will be set to a thumping Techno soundtrack, belting out through a huge Void rig for your aural satisfaction.
Frock up & rock down, come as you are or how you wanna be, ALL are welcome. Just bring your A Game, the sass factor, your figurative sledgehammer and help us strike yet another crippling blow to the wowsers who seek to destroy as we inch ever closer to reclaiming our scene.
These events are for the lovers of a communal space, a communal energy and for all the subtle wonders contained within the dynamic of a group of like minded people coming together & forming a solid unit of peace loving dancers - with absolutely NO malice intended whatsoever!
The first edition stars none other than one of .darkroom's favourite producers - RANDOMER.
Hailing from North London, Randomer is one of the most prolific producers of the past decade. Few have a recent back catalogue as rich and diverse as Randomer.
His discography reads like a who’s who of modern techno: across a six year career, he’s produced four EPs for Untold’s Hemlock Recordings; released records for Hessle Audio, Numbers and Clone Records; and most recently, been cherrypicked by Ron Morelli’s famous L.I.E.S for two releases, and a lo-fi workout on its sublabel Russian Torrent Versions.
As a DJ, Randomer is one of the UK’s finest, capable of effortlessly stitching together modern bass with classic techno and less esoteric 4/4 rhythms. And now he joins us lot, here, in old Sydney town for yet another bash for the ages. And we seriously cannot wait!
There will be a cap on numbers which cant be exceeded so make sure you snap your ticket up as soon as possible to avoid missing the first edition of what will become a unique series of events.
