Rush Hour's finest; man of the moment; simply sublime digger and DJ of music in all styles and textures: Hunee debuts at The Pickle Factory on 20th October, with a marathon All Night Long DJ performance.
It is hard to underestimate how meteoric Hunee's rise has been over the past five years. Since his first release in 2009, the Berlin-based DJ has moved from playing small, sweaty nightclubs to headlining Dekmantel festival, selling out cavernous clubs all over the world, and being at the very forefront of the wave of the 'digger DJ' trend that includes close friend Antal, Floating Points and Jeremy Underground. But Hunee is no fad DJ or flash-in-the-pan. While some of his peers merely jam obscure records together, Hunee is a true and pure DJ in every sense of the word, capable of blowing up a dancefloor from first record to last. On 20th October, Hunee returns to his small venue roots, with an 8 hour All Night Long DJ set, for what promises to be a truly special evening in Bethnal Green.
