- It's been a long and painful journey, but Studio 338 is finally reopening after last year's fire. In the words of the team behind the much-loved South London spot: "Expect tears and hugs and magic."

We are delighted to say The Studio338 Terrace will re-open on: Friday 27th October - The Re-Opening Party Saturday 28th October - 338 Halloween Special - SOLD OUT We'd like to thank you all for you love and support during this very difficult time, and we can't wait to see you on our dancefloor once again. Since the fire, all we have ever wanted is to see our beloved space filled with the love and positivity you guys bring to a party. We promise to live every moment and appreciate every day we spend together. Life is short and sometimes hard but we've come through this as one big family and that's something that we'll never forget Line up will be announced in the coming weeks.
