Cześć! Winter is coming and the days are getting shorter. On the positive side that means longer nights for us to share with you and with our next guest: Charlie. It's not a guy, not a peanut and not a silent movie actor - rather a quite outspoken young woman from the city of Cracow, where she is one of the most active promoters in the local scene of the emerging underground in an increasingly interesting city for arts, design and music.
Raised in Poland but born in our lovely city of Berlin, Charlie is known for her diverse sets that cater to the crowd and other guest DJs, which shows a level of musical humility only shared by fellow resident DJs who know their craft. She has had the honour to play amongst many others at Unsound Festival, Salon Des Amateurs (Düsseldorf), Rex Club (Paris) and many more. This year she also performed her own musical illustration live to Maya Deren's work on the first edition of Poland's Avantgarde Movie Festival - Lava Festival.
Most importantly, if a polish person at a party called TOFU is not dada - well what is?!
