On New Year's Day, Oval Space and The Pickle Factory partner with pioneering UK label Hessle Audio, for a double venue party featuring a host of Hessle family and friends.
Headlining on NYD is the trio that start it all, Ben UFO, Pangaea and Pearson Sound. David, Ben and Kevin formed Hessle Audio out of a terraced house in Leeds 10 years ago. None of the three have looked back since, releasing and creating pioneering takes on techno that have spearheaded a new wave of UK producers. They're joined by fellow revered London DJ and founder of Hinge Finger, Joy Orbison; Livity Sound head honcho and techno-jungle fusion maestro Peverelist; nu-skool leftfield house savant rRoxymore; truly special digger and Pickle Factory favourite Gwenan; NTS Radio's finest Charles Drakeford, and hotly-tipped DJ and producer Joe, whose upcoming release on Hessle Audio is one of the year's best records.
