Cirque Du Soul and Liquid Rooms will employ the following methods ensure a safer and smoother queuing experience for everyone:
- PRE 11PM ENTRY TICKETS - we will allocate a certain number of tickets to 'Pre 11pm Entry' - this will be to ensure that everyone doesn't arrive at the same time, making it easier for security to manage the queue and also making the customer queuing experience quicker and more pleasant.
- PEDESTRIAN BARRIERS - The venue have agreed to provide crowd barriers to go down the side of the pavements ensuring that customers queue in an orderly fashion making it safer and quicker to enter the venue.
- EXTRA SECURITY - The venue have agreed to provide double the security outside the venue for the next event. The extra security guards will be used to manage the queue making sure no one can queue skip or push, this will free up time for the current security to check ID and Bags quickly speeding up the entry process.
