One of San Francisco’s most beloved and sought after DJs, Jenö developed a passion for music from an early age, spending several years as a musician before discovering DJing and falling into the vibrant London warehouse scene of the mid 80s. Once Acid House hit, Jenö never looked back, becoming known for his heady Whoosh parties and his involvement in the early days of the notorious Tonka Sound System.
In search of a more psychedelic groove, Jenö headed to San Francisco in the early 90s. Thus began the Wicked Crew & their now legendary free “Full Moon” parties. These wild outdoor gatherings along with a unique approach to dance music were both catalyst & blueprint for much of the emerging scene on the West Coast, bringing international attention to San Francisco & it’s key role in the burgeoning US dance music community.
In 1995, the Wicked Crew took things to the next level - importing a handmade prototype Turbosound system & hitting the road in a beautifully restored 1947 Grayhound bus. Along with their own merry band of pranksters they delivered their signature psychedelic sound with a rock’n’roll attitude, taking the U.S by storm.
Despite Wicked disbanding in 2004 after 13 years of amazing collaboration, Jenö along with Dj Garth kept the flame alive with their regular Back2Back sets across the U.S; a fun loving and boundary pushing musical romp through 4 decades of dance music. In 2011, Wicked got the band back together, and with the enthusiastic support of their fans continues to the present day with their wildly successful annual reunions and occasional tours, putting a missing piece back into the global dance music community,
Jenö’s long term commitment to music in many forms has translated into a diverse international cult following. He has DJed premier clubs & festivals across the globe, continues to DJ regularly & loves to present music from a unique & experimental perspective via his cult radio broadcast – Noise from the Void - now in it’s 13th year broadcasting every full moon to a worldwide audience. Following on from some well received remix work in the late 90s and early 2000s, Jeno has returned to the studio to spearhead the return of the legendary Wicked Records in 2017, curating original tracks and remixes from the Wicked Crew and friends.

I've been a pro DJ for 20+ years. Former music journalist (XLR8R, Urb, SF Bay Guardian), club promoter (La Belle Epoque, Bottom Heavy, Safe, Future Shock - all SF), label owner (True Intent) and buyer for Amoeba SF's electronic music section for 6 years (13 at Amoeba total). ROB GREGA
Rob Grega’s sole objective as a music selector has always been “Right Place, Right Time.” One could say his career has mirrored this sentiment, playing various influential roles as a record buyer for TRC distribution, as A&R for renowned dance label Om Records, and most recently as Designer / Operations Lead at nightlife app Up All Night. House is an obvious choice when Rob is faced with a dance floor, but he’s become known for a style that often transcends genre. An opportunistic selector intent on maximizing the present moment, deftly modernizing the golden age of of disco, house, and hip hop, pushing forward a nostalgia and respect for our culture at its roots.
VICTOR VEGA
This cat has been hard at work with a recent graduation in Sound Audio Engineering . Victor has invested, dedicated and reenforced his calling in event and music production. Now is when the real work begins. As time passes your taste for music and what moves you refines and mature. This medium is a tool; a place where you can really connect to what it is you seek. Take time to absorb it all, from beginning to end. Trust your instincts and it will reward you with unconditional guidance as you pass through these virtual walls of sound. We work toward a better interpretation of our self and thus what we apply our self to will translate through these, at times, emotional soundscapes of a future to be in Proximity.
