For the first time this year, the stunning Caribbean island of Barbados will be graced with a new week-long music festival. Going by the name Vujaday, which is defined as “an entirely new experience” and “like nothing you have ever seen or felt before,” the festival will take place in a unique location each of its five days, leaving the first and last day of the week-long journey for travel.
An electronic event of this scale has yet to take place in Barbados, and is meant to create an unforgettable experience for locals and travelers. Locals will get the chance to experience DJs from around the world, many who have never performed in Barbados, while those new to the island will receive a much wider experience than they would normally get on a typical visit.
The five primary events will run from Wednesday through Sunday during Vujaday with the largest event on Saturday. Events will take place at Farley Hill, as well as on the Southern and Westerly coasts of the island. More information related to specific events will be announced soon.
