For more then half a decade Grünanlage has been the name to name
when it comes to open air parties in Hamburg. There is barely a park
in Hamburg which hasn´t been conquered yet.
Last year we made a big step and for the first time we celebrated the Grünanlage Festival. The enormous success of the move from
party to festival led us to do it again and this year
we decided to join forces with another strong Hamburg partner, DIY.
These guys have been organising events for almost 7 years and
also have had huge success with their label Diynamic!
For this project we will bring together all our experiences
and ideas and we are definitely looking forward to this!
The Grünanlage Festival takes place from the 31.07.-02.08.2009
in Wittstock-Dosse, a beautiful spot between Hamburg and Berlin.
Alt Daber is an old soviet-military airbase with lots of space,
hangars, wide fields and even a small lake. This place provides plenty of space for parking and for our two stages.
The musical performances and the style of music will be between techno and house and it will always be focused on the dancefloor. We like it euphoric, organic, sweaty, impulsive, crazy and ecstatic – a little bit of madness!
As a special addition we have two different label days across one of the stages. The first is hosted by the Panorama Bar/Berghain connected label Ostgut Ton on Friday, and by Diynamic, the fresh house breeze from Hamburg on Saturday. Both will be presenting very special showcases.
Until 20.06.09 you can get presale-tickets for 27,- Euro + presale charges. After that you can get it for 32,- Euro + presale charges. At the doors the Unsere Grünanlage ist den Tanz- und feierwütigen Hamburgern schon seit 6 Jahren ein Begriff, wenn es um ausgelassene Stunden unter freiem Himmel geht. Es gibt kaum einen Park in Hamburg den wir nicht erobert haben. Erstmalig wagten wir uns letztes Jahr über unsere sonntäglichen Parkevents hinaus und bescherten euch und uns das erste Grünanlage Festival.
