- Having recently been chosen to submit a mix for the RA podcast, Francis Inferno Orchestra aka Griffin James went full tilt into party mode, reaching for boogie, pop, house, disco and beyond. His affinity with the lighter side of dance music has won him plenty of admirers of the years, not least his compatriots Tornado Wallace and Fantastic Man. An accomplished producer too, James has released sunny 12-inches on labels such as Let's Play House and Drumpoet Community. His headline show at Soul City marks an all too rare chance to catch one of Australia's finest exports in full flow.
