On 30th March Tangent returns after a Winter break, with founders and revered tastemakers John Gómez and Nick The Record playing a Good Friday marathon b2b session of musical tangents in all styles, rhythms and textures.
Once in a while, a DJ breaks into the wider dance music consciousness purely on the strength of their technical skills and supreme musical knowledge. John Gómez stands at such a precipice. Closely associated with Rush Hour and Music From Memory, he stands on the verge of following close friends Hunee and Antal into worldwide recognition. This is not least after the success of his work on Outro Tempo LP, a timeless compilation of Brazilian New Age and early electronics. He's joined by fellow Tangent founder Nick The Record, a London legend amongst those-who-know, longtime Lifeforce affiliate, and a veteran of digging rare and obscure gems in all styles and textures.
