Vril [giegling, staub, delsin] - Biography(english, german below)
Seemingly out of nothing, through dust and with no bang, Vril appeared on the scene. His music made such beautiful noise that it instantly found his place on Marcel Dettmann’s selection for his Conducted cd and on Ostgut’s release schedule. His sound is a search for the evergoing movement, exploring a never stopping energy. Once he catches you in his groove it will shine so bright you won’t be able to escape it.
Tales of his live sets being heard at the Fusion Festival and the Berghain all share
the same common feature that it was an as euphoric as energetic travel in sound. His recent release on Delsin records has been acclaimed and played everywhere, while his highly anticipated debut album “Torus” from 2014 contained some great surprises.

Fast aus dem Nichts, wie durch einen Schleier aus Staub und ohne großen Knall erschien Vril auf der Bildfläche. Seine Musik war geräuschgewordene Schönheit, die sofort ihren Weg auf Marcel Dettmanns Mix-CD „Conducted“ und auf das Berghain- Label Ostgut Ton fand. Sein Sound gleicht einer Suche nach dem ewig währenden Moment, einer Erkundung niemals endender Energie. Wenn der Groove einmal seinen zupackenden Bann entfaltet, wird es schwer, sich ihm zu entziehen.
Egal ob auf dem Fusion-Festival oder im Berghain, Vrils Live-Sets werden immer als euphorisierende und energiegeladene Klangreisen beschrieben. Seine aktuelle EP „Vortekz“ auf dem Label Delsin fand vielseitige Beachtung und wurde überall gespielt. Mit „Torus“ veröffentlichte er Anfang 2014 sein lang erwartetes Debut-Album, das einige Überraschungen bereithielt.
