Situated in Digbeth, the thriving heart of the Birmingham rave scene and emerging from the shadows after a fresh refurbishment. The former Rainbow Pub and Cellar space has captured our imagination since our first visit with its industrial, pared-back brick and concrete interior complete with new lighting and a serious sound system! We have a good feeling that this space is going to be the perfect vehicle for a night of esoteric electronic music.

Jamie Haus -- taking our guest slot the Liverpudlian-Londoner and Superstition resident is an artist whose work is centered around experimentation, energy and emotion. An approach to music production and performing we endorse, it is the true spirit of KODEN personified! This forward thinking and holistic approach has proved a winning formula for the London based DJ/producer - manifested by an impressive back catalog of releases on labels such as the illustrious Planet Rhythm, KONFLKT and Off White Records, earning him support from the likes of some of our own favourites - SNTS, Exium, XHEI and Rrose to name a few. We have the pleasure of hosting Jamie for an extended set which will ensure he gets the freedom to guide us through his unique, intelligent and contemporary style.

Jay Sirett -- KODEN visionary and resident, is becoming a name you associate with the Birmingham Techno scene. The Brummie born producers hard work is paying off and it shows, playing his characteristically energetic take on Techno for the likes of Elements and after-party institution Jaded. Following on from his intense DJ sets he’s just as committed in the studio and has enjoyed a string of successful releases including EP’s ‘Hands’ and ‘Sharp Edge’ released on respected imprints Industrial Techno United and RCR Black Limited.

Vasili Carlson -- Originally from Greece and the Co-founder of KODEN, has been mesmerising listeners with his signature spatial sounds since our formation. His free but determined view of musical expression and energy not only relate to the trajectory of a great night but also takes on a higher meaning. As an experienced producer he has signed to a slew of labels including - Intrusion, City Wall Records and Slate Records. The Techno alchemist hosts a regular podcast and has performed at well respected underground events Elements, Tronika and Corner Sessions.

Clairmonte -- Combining a belief that the dance music experience can be transcendently powerful and an undimmed passion for the art of DJing, KODEN’s newest addition left us wanting more after his first performance earlier this year and has been coming back ever since. Now a full time resident and consistently impressing with his trademark attention to detail and execution in every set, he’s been laying the foundations for future success. Not content with standing still for too long and recently turning his attention to producing, expect this rising talent to feature prominently in Birmingham and beyond.
