This week at #boxoutwednesdays sees two international guests all the way from New York City, producer and dj Nickodemus and Bastard Jazz Recordings co-founder and dj Aaron DRM for an extra special edition of our mid-week dance party.
Nickodemus spins club music from around the world. His selections range from dub and downtempo to house and electronic. He has released three albums with a fourth in the making, and his remixes read like a roll call of legends - Bob Marley, Nina Simone, Billy Holiday, Thievery Corporation and more. His longstanding Turntables on the Hudson party has traveled across the world.
Aaron DRM plays wildly eclectic sets, tying in deep electronic and house sounds with dub and reggae, Latin, Brazilian, disco, Afrobeat and more.

The only weekly residency in the country for underground sounds and culture, Budweiser x #boxoutwednesdays is more than just a night, it is an on-going movement that helps build and serve a community that remains neglected by the mainstream.
