LEVEL 1, Your SLST host with the absolute most JAZZHEADCHRONIC joined by red hot dancefloor nukers, Incognito DJ AJ KWAME and Wah Wah 45s head honcho DOM SERVINI + one of the most exciting, dynamic, brass bands to ever hit the SLST stage, the simply outstanding TEMPLE FUNK COLLECTIVE. LIVE! Time to celebratory dance harder Y'all.

TEMPLE FUNK COLLECTIVE
Temple Funk Collective brought the house down at Bestival 2014 - a New Orleans-style 8-piece brass band riot, taking their lead from the Louisiana legends and adding gypsy, jungle and hip hop.
Hailing from Temple Cowley, Oxford, Temple Funk hit the scene in late 2012 and haven’t looked back since. With a rapidly growing fan base they are becoming one of the UKs top New Orleans Brass Bands
Now mixing upbeat originals into a set of some classic covers, with both clever and cheeky arrangements Temple Funk are a band you can watch over and over again and still spot something new.
Temple Funk also supply the horn power and drums behind the Dutty Moonshine Big Band, a collaboration with other artists to create one of the UKs best live acts on the swing scene
2018 looks to be another top year for the band as they visit some of the UKs top festivals and continue their busy gigging schedule + we truly can’t wait to witness them demolish The South London Soul Train Live Stage once again.

Then on LEVEL 2 [and not to be outdone] let the Funk Mercilessly Flow as your 2nd floor hosts the legendary DJ SNOWBOY & Jazzcotech warrior PERRY LOUIS drop the absolute finest on 45 direct to the torch lit dancefloor and the whole of yoh soul. Cue Explosion - time for another red hot dancefloor session in funked up soul.
LEVEL 3 - S’all all about the Northern Soul of it all. The Legendary ROB MESSER and rotating special guest OSCAR ROMP dropping the platters that absolutely always will matter. The choicest cuts from the Motown, Stax, Volt, Chess & the rest vaults served up on a dynamite rig for maximum dance floor action.
The South London Soul Train 7 Year Anniversary Special line up completed in the CLF / RYE WAX BASEMENT by SLST too damn hot residents FIRST WORD RECORDS DJs GILLA + BOPPERSON delivering more piping hot joints from the world wide wonder funk, soul, boogie and hip hop underground [then to now] for max dancefloor satisfaction.
