BMC (Bass Music China)：
BMC is an organisation that pushes bass music in Hong Kong, Macau, China, as well as it being a platform for all things bass-related.
Beginning their Hong Kong music events streak in 2005, power couple Terence aka Saiyan & Mandy aka Foxy founded BMC together in 2012. It continued to grow as 108 later on became part of the crew, adding extra flavour to the genres including Jungle, Drum & Bass, Footwork, Grime, Garage, Dubstep, Dub.
BMC is one of the few krus in Hong Kong that run strictly-bass music events and Asia tours, promoting international, Asian and local bass artists. Such international/ local/ Asia artists include Shy FX, Mala, Om Unit, Chimpo, Scratcha DVA, Zed Bias, Dom & Roland, Alix Perez, Skeptical, Sam Binga, Moresounds, Fracture, Stray, Jon1st , Kid Fresh, Part2Style, iSOP, Masia One, The Groove Thief, Meng Qi, Siesta, JCC, Cvalda, Man Ngabo & Four Stars, Gravity Alterstra etc.
Partnering with other large music organisations such as Clockenflap Festival, Sónar Hong Kong, Outlook Festival Croatia/ HK, Dimensions Festival Croatia/ HK, BMC strives to create the best musical experience possible for Hong Kong folks.
DJ Enso：
A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, DJ Enso has always had a passion for building things from scratch. As a teenager, he threw drum and bass warehouse parties in Oakland, CA, before he decided to turn his attention to DJing and music production. This brought him in contact with local hiphop producer Roche in the summer of 2003, and together they founded the Solos Records music label.
DJ Enso relocated to Hong Kong in January 2007, expanding Solos’ reach into Asia and bringing him in contact with a new world of musical influences. DJ Enso produced the audio score to Akit Fong’s 2007 independent film Close to Perfect, and has collaborated with traditional Chinese vocalists on a number of recent productions. As a club DJ, he plays an eclectic mix of modern dance music, from hip hop to trap, bmore to miami bass, and electro to dancehall.
In 2011, DJ Enso founded XXX Gallery, Hong Kong’s newest and most exciting underground art and music venue. XXX has sparked intense interest throughout the region, and has been hailed as “a realignment of Hong Kong nightlife” and “a new haven for Hong Kong’s underground” (Time Out Magazine).
Over the past two years, Enso has performed for international brands such as Volkswagen, Club Monaco, Paul Smith and Steve Madden.
Partnering with DJ Kid Fresh (3 X World ITF Champ, Germany), DJ Enso has founded and hosted the cutting-edge Pimpin Ain’t Easy and Hype Nasty club nights across Asia.
DJ Yao：
Growing up listening to a whole palette of sounds and rhythms ranging from soul, West African, hip- hop and electronic music, this mul- tifaceted producer and DJ brings a wide sound and scope to the music he creates and presents.
After starting as a deejay in university in his native Bay Area (SF) in the 00’s, Yao began to dabble in production and with fellow musicians & friends started Solos Records, which served as an outlet for their music. In 2007, Solos released Yao’s debut work Plantain is Public (a debut rooted in hip- hop and electronic music) to rave reviews globally. After its release, he travelled (West Africa, UK & South America), gaining more life experience ( a vital ingredient for his art) & inspiration as well as meeting like- minded artists.
After some time further honing his craft working on edits, bootlegs and unique remixes of the likes of artists as disparate as Animal Collective, Ludacris, labelmate Bookworms and (NY based band) Lemonade, he released an EP entitled Coconut Dreams to close out 2015.
The work is a conceptual collection of sound- pieces based on life and love in Hong Kong. The (mostly instrumental) 5- song project drew inspiration from jazz, footwork, and bass with one foot firmly planted in hip hop.
As a DJ, you’ll find him play- ing everything from hip hop, dancehall, 60‘/70’s soul & inter- national rarities to house and bass music. Having shared the stage and billings with the likes of Benji B, De La Soul, J-Rocc, Diplo, Tyga, Shabazz Palaces, Kode 9, Roska, Samiyam and Teebs (to name a few), this young man is always ready to rock the party. Now based in Hong Kong (where he is co-manages underground venue XXX Gallery),Yao, who has traversed the world in search of the perfect beat, is always eager to spread the musical energy that emanates through his daily existence.
Saiyan：
Base in Hong Kong and Macau, Saiyan a.k.a. Terence started to get into different kind of music since 1990 and in a Macau band called Dr. in 2002. He started to DJ and spin Jungle, Drum and Bass, Dub in 2007.
He is the founder of Bass Music China (BMC) which promote Bass Music Culture in Asia. Organiser of Outlook Festival Hong Kong & Dimensions Festival Hong Kong. He founded the first Dnb / Dubstep event - Bass Attack in Macao, which was named as "The Historic Moment" in the Bass music scene of Macao.
Saiyan joined Magnetic Soul in 2005 and founded Bass Music China in 2012 and brought several International DnB DJs into Hong Kong and Macao. Artists he brought to Hong Kong and supported such as

Daniel Power：
In just a short space of time Daniel Power (London, UK) has become one of the most well known and respected DJs/promoters in southern China. He is the founder of two events brands focused on pushing the underground music scene in China. Unchained for DnB and Detached for Techno. He was the Music Director and main resident DJ at Club Sector (SZ); resident DJ at Bang Club (SZ) for the last 2 years and regular DJ and promoter at Hangover (GZ). He has played in some of the best clubs around China including: XXX, and Basement in Hong Kong, and The Shelter, The Mansion, Dada
