The second night of Trikk’s residency at Lux, “Mundo Ritual”, open its doors to two guests.
After delivering an all night set for the first night, Bruno Deodato is back to show us that music is also made of complicity. The Porto-born artist has been taking over the world not only with his studio work but also with his bag of records and he’s already a serious success case – after his latest releases on Dixon, Âme & Henrik Schwarz’s Innervisions label, he joined them on the sister agency Temporary Secretary and hasn’t stopped finding his way to new stages all over.
This was a natural path to his invite back for four nights with us and Trikk brings us two artists from Porto – DJs Solution and Backbone - who are making the rounds in the underground party scene, especially up North, with this invite being a confirmation of their work. If from Trikk we can usually expect the big melodic tribal sounds he’s been lately known for, truth is we can’t know for sure how he’ll interact with Solution and Backbone and their very own vision for House and Techno, where acid tones, breakbeats and galloping synths that challenge the ear can also be major players. There are rituals from which we can’t escape, and this is one of them: Trikk, Solution, and Backbone, here at Lux.
