On March 8, honouring International Women's Day, the founders and campaigners, Klaudia Domurat and Siouxzi Connor, will present The WØMB: a platform and creative incubator that brings together female creatives and entrepreneurs in a safe space under the shared vision of female empowerment.
The WØMB will launch with a full-day symposium at SAE Institute Berlin. Through the diverse programme, the visitors and participants will get the chance to learn practical skills and insights for their creative careers as well as gaining a better understanding of The WØMB’s intentions and vision - providing plenty of food for thought. Speakers of all genders, from various branches of the creative industry will impart their specialist knowledge with talks, workshops, masterclasses, performances and a panel discussion. The event will also feature a timely exhibition of works by artist Emma Hursey titled ‘Contrary to what is agreeable.’ The exhibition will address the present state of diversity in various creative industry fields.
The intended target group includes creative minds who are already working in areas such as music, film, communication, design, dance, gaming or in the event sector, or are about to start their career.
