- If this lineup is anything to go by, Clockwise is going to be an incredibly welcome addition to the Thursday night party calendar in London.
- This Thursday we're launching a weekly party - Clockwise at Five Miles, Tottenham. Clockwise started out a few months ago as a Thursday night social where North London’s music professionals could welcome friends from out of town and overseas to meet up and hear the tunes they don't usually get the chance to hear in the club. It's somewhere to go on a Thursday night that's open until the last drinker leaves with a great bar, stocked from the critically acclaimed onsite brewery (Hale Brewing). The regulars have been spinning at Clockwise for a couple of months now and they have decided to make it an official fixture, with some mind-bending parties in store for Easter and beyond. For the Easter Thursday special Clockwise welcome Benny Ill of Horsepower Productions who practically invented the dark garage movement which spawned dubstep, Carla dal Forno of Blackest Ever Black whose new wave experiments have reinvigorated the fringes of pop music and The Kelly Twins whose Happy Skull label is at the forefront of the electro revival.
