Announcing the eighth annual installment of ‘Musique Èlectronique’ at La Fête de Marquette! An electronic music festival celebrated alongside the renowned La Fête de Marquette Festival. The event takes place in Madison's newly named McPike Park (Central Park) on Saturday July 14th, as well as evening shows Friday July 13th and Saturday July 14th at the High Noon Saloon.
Our headlining artist this year, Derrick Carter, is widely acknowledged as one of the best DJs in the world. He is the pinnacle of Chicago house music with innovative productions, flawless technical DJ skills, and an effortlessly joyful attitude while rocking a crowd. His influence has infiltrated throughout the spectrum of dance music.
Our main event will feature Derrick Carter, Mike Huckaby, Bamboozle aka Eli of Soul Clap, & Carlos Souffront performing on Saturday July 14th at the 'The Moon Stage’ in McPike Park from 5pm-10:30pm. This park event is a free all ages event!
Musique Èlectronique also has two extraordinary nights at the High Noon Saloon planned. A Friday July 13th opening party featuring Mike Huckaby, Carlos Souffront, and Niki Kitz. As well as a special 'Musique After Dark' session on Saturday evening with an extended DJ set by Derrick Carter w/ opener Geoff K immediately following the festival.
