Located 1400 light years away, Kepler 452b is a super earth that scientists theorize could be habitable for human life. Using planetary migration as a participatory metaphor, theKepler 452b happenings are an immersive event for envisioning possible futures de ned byopenness, inclusion, diversity and collective-individualism, inviting us to ask together: What do we bring to the future? What can we create together?
Kepler 452b's Berlin happenings have been one-day festival of well known music acts, combined with art performances and interactive high fashion installations. The experience opens with a transformation ceremony co-created by a team of leading young designers that invites visitors to take charge of their own freedom and expression. To explore deeply what it means to become a better, stronger person, outside and in. During the transformation, participants explore the Kepler fashion collection to complete the new looks of their Kepler personas before joining a guided meditation coupled with a ceremonial application of body paint and glitters. The Kepler experience comes to Shanghai in the form of a club night at Elevator with the collective's central artists performing.
Following their personal transformations, Keplerians encounter and engage a dreamworld of art installations, techno tai chi and kung fu fan dance workshops, psychedelic massages and lecture performances on tantric metaphysics and cryptocurrency. Followed by a dream music line-up that could only exist in the future. Together we celebrate the power of imagination, freedom, and collective-individualism.
