As two pioneers from the garage soundscape, Oxide & Neutrino head up our Friday night session of classic and contemporary cuts with plenty of familiar faces from the scene who are part of the Garage Special family.
Shola Ama is one of Britain’s most successful R&B artists: her debut album ‘Much Love’ sold over one million copies, scoring Shola two top five singles with ‘You Might Need Somebody’ and ‘You’re The One I Love’. The success of 'Much Love' culminated in two MOBO award wins and two Brit Awards - the crowning achievement for an incredible journey that Ama has embarked on since 1997.
Double MOBO award winner, Kele Le Roc, first made dance floor headlines with her underground hit "Let Me Know" before going on to notch up two Top 10 hits on the UK Singles Chart, with "Little Bit of Lovin'" and "My Love”. Previous collaborations with Basement Jaxx, Coolio, Masters At Work, Todd Edwards, Shy FX and lots more have been part of the celebrated sonic repertoire that’s formed the basis of Le Roc’s colourful career.
Brit nominee and all round stalwart from the scene Sweet Female Attitude joins the crew, bringing her classic, vocal rich tones to the club for a full whack of garage spirit all night.
