Freedom Sounds is pulling a special one out of the bag for Vivid 2018, we welcome special guests Godtet (live) and DJ’s Len Leise and Salvador Ricardo of GENERAL PURPOSE (Melbourne).
Godtet is live band project from Sydney, led by guitarist/Producer/Beat-maker Godriguez. The 5 piece live show has been blowing minds, and led them to secure two residencies at Marrickville’s Lazy Bones Lounge, where they performed a new set each week.
Len Leise & Salvador Ricardo are the founders, DJ’s and producers on Melbourne based record label General Purpose (GP). The label was founded in 2016 when the two pals decided to transform what a record label should be. Their DJ sets are not far from their production skills, they are somewhere between 80-90’s house, industrial dance, synth-wave, italo, techno and leftfield afro/disco, an aesthetic difficult to categorize words.
Supported by residents Daniel Lupica and Earl Grey. Expect the same worldly vibes and tropical rhythms.
