- Yuki Masda started DJing in Japan in the mid 90s, cutting his teeth playing regularly in Osaka and later Tokyo, where he’s been throwing his own parties by the name Cabaret, which is also the name of the label he runs with another Japanese veteran, So Inagawa. Sophisticated selections and no fuss mixing are a characteristic quality in his sets, while Cabaret is known for some of the most enjoyable dance music releases in recent years. Now based in Europe, DJ Masda plays regularly at venues across the continent. Some Helsinki locals still like to bring up that time when he played at the now defunct MK54.
