Dear Friends,
At LAST the sun is shining and we are suuuper excited to announce the 1st of a 4 part summer series on an INCREDIBLE roof terrace in Fulham.
Over the course of the next few months, we'll be communicating through higher dimensional frequencies, going deeper into our mind and body while we target specific chakras through music, movement and nutrition.
We begin the day at 11AM with a specially curated 'NINJA Yoga Flow' class designed by yogi Misha Patel, targeting the root chakra. The class will combine an Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow with a sacred electronic sound healing session performed by NINJA in the frequency of the root chakra, 256Hz. There will be a lot of focus on breath work, meditation, taking away of the senses and a series of postures to keep us grounded and connected to the present moment. (www.flowwithmisha.com).
After this, Yakup Aksoy of Flat Mars Society, will open our beautifully themed 'Bombay Sunrise' terrace and our BBQ will be getting fired up from 1PM to serve some amazing food using indigenous ingredients - this is a feast you don't want to miss! Yakup is also currently training at Cordon Bleu combining his two passions in life of food + music so you can be sure his set during lunch will be nothing short of spectacular.
As our energy rises throughout the rest of the day, we are happy to welcome back residents Francesco Mami (DC-10, White Ocean, Get Physical), Azad Attar and newly appointed resident Katrin Ka of Chapter 24 to play on our terrace.
NINJA will be performing a special set with a live saxophonist, guitarist and percussionist ;-).
23rd June also marks National Day in Luxembourg, so we'll be raising our glasses for some of our European friends who will be in attendance to celebrate this special day.

FAQ's:
1) What happens if it rains?
Oh the joys of the Great British weather! If it does rain we will reschedule the event and you can either opt for a full ticket refund (minus booking fees) or keep your ticket for the new date.
2) Will there be somewhere to change after yoga?
You can use the cloakroom to store your yoga clothes or even dance in them if you don't mind! Our DJ's should have you breaking a sweat all day, if not then we're doing something wrong ;-). Re-entry will be allowed if you really want to go home and shower.
3) How long is the yoga + sound healing session & is a mat provided?
The experience will last for 1h30 mins and you are advised to bring your yoga mat. There are cloakrooms to leave it in afterwards, however if you prefer you can also rent a mat for £1 from our instructor. Please let us know in advance so we can make the arrangements.
3) Can I book a table?
Only by demand, depending on how many people is in your group since our capacity is suuuper limited. Please call Farah for more info on +447931751691
4) Can I still purchase food if I don't buy a BBQ + Dancing ticket in advance?
Yes you can buy it on the day but you'll save more by doing so in advance ;-). The grill will be fired for most of the day.
5) Is there a vegetarian option?
Of course! If you do have any food intolerances etc then please let us know in advance.
