ADVANCE TICKETS SOLD OUT, LIMITED TICKETS ON THE DOOR
Secretsundaze return to Oval Space this August for their 17th birthday party with headliner Floating Points. Another classic 16-hour day and night marathon session running from 2pm on the terrace all the way through to 6am with a line up worthy of the occasion.
Floating Points will make a welcome return to the party following appearances at Dekmantel, Field Day and Love International and a string of great reissues on his Melodies International imprint in 2018. As an artist he has a truly distinct voice drawing on the many musical genres across funk, soul, boogie, house and techno.
Second on the bill Secretsundaze also invite a very special Detroit based Sound Signature recording artist who will be announced on the day. Safe to say he is a bona fide legend!
Waajeed who produced some of Secretsundaze’s favorite house tracks over the last 18 months on his label Dirt Tech Reck, will make his Secretsundaze debut. The ex Slum Village artist also appears on Secretsundaze’s ‘Still Hope’ EP, out June 15th 2018 on Phonica Records, turning in two remixes no less!
Dutch United Identities label boss Carista steps up again after her mesmerising opening slot at the previous Secretsundaze May Bank Holiday party. With regular shows on NTS and Redlight Radio, she can also be found at her De School residency as well as playing key festivals this summer including Dekmantel Selectors. Definitely one to watch!
Also invited back are NTS “Do!! You!!!” Breakfast Show host Charlie Bones & Fly By Night label boss and Record Shack owner Lorenzo. After smashing it on the terrace at the opening party and both claiming it to be their favourite gig of the year so far, Secretsundaze thought it rude not to bring them back.
Secretsundaze the ever-reliable DJ duo will also be playing. With upcoming festival appearances at Gottwood, Love International, Lovebox, Kala & Off-Sonar, the pair look forward to returning to home turf for their birthday party. ‘Still Hope’, their forthcoming 12” on Phonica Records has been getting wide support across the DJ community and is released in just over a weeks time.
Another sureshot from Secretsundaze bound to be one of the highlights of the bank holiday weekend.
----- UPDATE ON WAAJEED PERFORMANCE ---
Please note Waajeed will not play live as advertised but will DJ instead. We received this statement from his agent: "Due to unforeseen circumstances Waajeed will not be able to play live. However he will play a DJ set which I’m sure won’t disappoint.” This was out of our hands and we’re sorry for any disappointment, but either way we’re big fans of Waajeed’s music and are excited to have him play!

We have just added an extra allocation of advance tickets, they're going really fast already we're expecting them to sell-out soon. As per usual there will be tickets on the door from 2pm, come down early!

FOOD & RE-ENTRY
There will be no re-entry, however we will take extra measure to ensure that everyone in attendance is well catered for. There will be food (vegetarian options too) served all day:
1. Pork shoulder with bourbon bbq sauce, grilled matured cheddar, truffle mayo and salad.
2. Rump steak with teriyaki glaze, grilled matured cheddar, wasabi mayo and salad.
3 Halloumi marinated in Greek herbs, grilled matured cheddar, tzatziki and salad.
4. Tahini falafel with hummus, grilled tofu, caramelized shallots and roasted piquillo peppers.
