When you think of instrumental hip-hop and the elite of German beat producers, you can’t beat Suff Daddy. After support shows for Anderson.Paak, successful DJ shows all over Europe and a Boiler Room Set in London, the Berliner is now devoting himself to a new project. Together with his live band "The Lunchbirds", the audience is not offered not just your average DJ set, but a complete hip-hop live set-up, which is being staged for the first time in London. His new album "Birdsongs", featuring his bandmate Dexter (Betty Ford Boys) and Mayer Hawthrone, was released on 24.06.2016. It is characterized, like all Suff Daddy productions, by its own aesthetics, rhythm and unique sound design.
After a multitude of albums as a founding member of the band "Blumentopf" and five solo albums since 2005, Sepalot released the albums "Hide" & “Seek" in 2017, laying the foundations for another musical passion and desire to be in a band again. With the "Sepalot Quartet" he returns in 2018 and reworks the songs from more than 10 years of work as a solo artist. The love of electronic music remains as well as the raw print of hip-hop and jazz. A unique sound of eclectic beats, pulsing bass and Sepalot's enthusiasm for atmospheric sound design that is altogether complemented by the element of jazz.
