CUBE
Cube is the solo alias of Oakland, CA-based artist and producer Adam Keith. Musically, the project touches on industrial, dub, techno, noise, and more, but does so with a distinctly personal, emotional touch. Using sequenced drums, guitar, voice, and layers of manipulated tape, Cube's sounds cover a broad range while retaining an unmistakably singular feel. Aggressive pieces push industrial techno and drum-n-bass into near-metal territory. Others exercise eerie, cinematic restraint and allow infectious melodies to seep in. Live shows are an alchemic daze of light, image, sound, and fog. Cube's 2nd LP will be released this fall via Superior Viaduct
SAPPHOGEIST [BANK Records NYC]
Sapphogeist is a filter which channels symbolic corrosion into a substance which may act as purifier, nullifier or destroyer. Within and adjacent to Sapphogeist only the mirror is consistent, and as the eyes and bodies of others become interlocked with it they are inverted point by point. Every word spoken by Sapphogeist immediately collapses within its enunciation. As Sapphogeist, transdisciplinary artist Zoe Burke (b.1991) crafts a poetry of extinction that's both distant and intimate, elegant and fleeting, delicate and heavy, with driving glacial noise-pop and unflinching lyric’s. Zoe Burke is based in Brooklyn and has toured with Sapphogeist several times over the past 2 years. Sapphogeist is released on Bank Records and No Rent Records

John Mannion is a longstanding participant in the extremities of New York experimental music. Mannion has a BM in Music Composition from Purchase, and is a founding member of Rockaway's Redlight District. Mannion employs looped passages, theremin, vocal work, various Apple products, and a box fan to create tense sonic environments. John Mannion has put out music through labels like Hanson Records, and was half of The Cathode Terror Secretion
COPELY MEDAL [Robert & Leopold]
Copley Medal is the solo electronic project of Ryan Martin (b.1979), musician/visual artist currently residing in Brooklyn, NY. Martin co-founded Dais Records in 2007 and experimental imprint Robert & Leopold in 2010. He has taken part in hundreds of various performances over the past couple decades, either within his collaborative experimental projects such as York Factory Complaint and On a Clear Day, as well as working with dozens of leading experimental underground artists such as Genesis P-Orridge, Joachim Nordwall, James Hoff and Maurizio Bianchi. Copley Medal has released albums on Ascetic House, Vitrine, Prime Ruin, Joy De Vivre and Hanson Records, as well as been featured on compilations for No-Tech and Ideal Recordings
