From Berlin Germany, Paul Van Dyk is an innovator in German electronic music. From his humble beginnings smuggling music across the Berlin Wall border, Paul began leading the way in the early 90s at E-Werk in Berlin. Recording in those years as Paul Van Dyk and Visions of Shiva, Paul continued to forge musical directions always focussed and never distracted. With 4 albums under his belt and numerous chart topping compilations, this Ambassador for German music also dabbles in a bit of politics. His DJ support for America’s “Rock The Vote” campaign saw him playing across the States with co-supporters Bono, Black Eyed Peas, Lenny Kravitz and more in a mission to encourage young people in the USA to vote in the last presidential campaign. A true diplomat, prolific producer and ground shaking DJ, Paul Van Dyk returns for the most anticipated set of 2006.
