- An evening of ambient, experimental and audiovisual explorations featuring Academy participants. We’ll be taking over two rooms and the courtyard at Berlin’s arts center ACUD for an evening of ambient, experimental and audiovisual explorations featuring a heavy-hitting lineup of Red Bull Music Academy participants from around the world. In the audiovisual room expect intense and disjointed electronic music from Oslo’s FAKETHIAS, forays into the fringes of pop with Athens-bred Anna Vs June, skittering beats from Italy’s Yakamoto Kotzuga and sundry shades of static sound from Istanbul’s robogeisha. You can also expect sonic experimentation from Argentinian producer and vocalist Maqueta, celestial ambient from Toronto’s ramsha, catharsis-inducing compositions from Mexico City native Camille Mandoki, shimmering synthscapes from Lisbon’s Carga Aérea and emotionally intense electro-folk from Moscow’s Atariame.
