- WELCOME TO THE FUTURE FESTIVAL 2019 Welcome to the Future is one of the most iconic underground Techno and House festivals in the Netherlands, located in Het Twiske, nearby Amsterdam Saturday, July 20th 2019 Het Twiske, near Amsterdam ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ∞ TICKETS ∞ Regular tickets are almost sold out! Get them at http://tickets.welcometothefuture.nl/ ∞ LOCATION ∞ Het Twiske, 9km North of Amsterdam ∞ OPENING HOURS ∞ Saturday, July 20th 2019 12:00 - 24:00 ∞ GETTING THERE & AWAY ∞ SHUTTLEBUS Shuttle buses will drive from Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station to Het Twiske and back all day long. You can purchase you busticket upfront in our online ticketshop for €8 (return ticket). COME BY BIKE! Het Twiske can best be reached by bike. It is a 25-minute bike ride from Amsterdam Central Station. The exact route will be signed and shared with you before the event. UBER The Uber pick up point is located at another location than the taxi stand. Please note that waiting times at arrival and departure can be unpredictable. CAR & TAXI We do not recommend you to travel by car or taxi, as waiting times before and after the festival are unpredictable. It is a 25 minutes walk to the festival terrain. Parking tickets are available in our online ticketshop. ∞ FUNKTION ONE ∞ We all love good sound quality, that’s why all of the stages are fully equipped with state of the art Funktion-One systems. ∞ FREE WATER ∞ Water belongs to everyone! Welcome to the Future serves fresh and chilled water right from the tap, all day long and for free.
