Well well, it's been a dream of ours to get Shackleton down to play for us in Northampton and after 4 years of throwing parties in the NN, the time has come. We'll have live sets on the night from both Shackleton and Adapta following a 3 hour warmup sesh from Onlyz.
Shackleton was the co-founder of the legendary Skull Disco and now releases on his own Woe To The Septic Heart! label. His inimitable style consistenly blows us away and his live sets have always been fully mindbending, catching him play in an intimate venue like this will be a serious experience.
Also playing live we have local legend Adapta who fully smashed it for us earlier in the year as a warmup for his set at Berghain in May. He releases on his own label Brutalist Sunset as well as regularly for Frustrated Funk, along with loads of quality releases as part of Bitstream back in the day.
Finally we have our first ever guest (back in July 2015!) and nicest geezer in the music industry, Onlyz, joining us once again! We told Matt about it during a fairly sloppy weekend at Virgo earlier in the summer and after mentioning that we didn't yet have anyone to support, he immediately said he was doing it. Sorted. As the head honcho of Greta Cottage Workshop, Matt runs the label with the soul purpose of getting great unheard electronic music out into the world, through releasing records and his longstanding GCW radio sessions. Very excited to see what he's packing for this 3 hour sesh.
We'll be leaving a few spots on the door but please note that this is a 150 capacity event so grab those tix to avoid disappointment. Last entry is at 2am.
