INSTASIS is proud to present: Seattle's Archivist. With his visceral, palatial, and cavernous sound, he will surely reiterate INSTASIS' archetypal atmosphere, with a substantial slot to display everything that makes him the reputable artist he is today.
Archivist is a DJ and producer from Seattle and resident of the secondnature collective since 2012. His music fuses colour and space with dense textural rhythm, combining the sounds of secondnature’s insurgent parties in the mountains of Washington State, and industrial warehouse spaces of Seattle. He has been proving himself as a formidable up and coming Northern American techno talent, performing alongside artists such as Acronym, Aurora Halal, Artefakt, DJ Stingray, and Silent Servant.
Along with his peers in secondnature, Archivist has also played an integral role in bringing expansive and innovative electronic music to the Pacific Northwest as a promoter booking international and local talent, and as a producer and DJ cultivating new, fresh sounds from Seattle.
On support duty, local up-and-coming mastermind Varro (Testprint Records) will be reinforcing Archivist's quintessential deep and brooding aura, while the Cat House crew are sure to burst some eardrums to finalise the night. As always, INSTASIS' residents will back these talented artists, instilling their personal flavour with potent execution.
