The fact is that Stockholm born and based DJ/producer of Hungarian descent presents one of the wittiest and freshest take on the current four-to-the-floor paradigm. Irresistibly dance-y and fun to move your body to yet still able to put you in that altered state of your dancefloor meditation routine - Kornél Kovács formula stays the same over the course of his highly sought after singles on such a diverse selection of respected indie labels like Numbers or Unknown To The Unknown. His true home though is his and his peers Axel Boman and Petter Nordkvist platform Studio Barnhus - the place where all the weird yet beautiful music including Kornél's debut album The Bells (Jeff Mills ears must be ringing!) comes to life.
