Ladies, Gentlemen, Techno Lovers and to all who love to move and dance to cutting edge beats, we at Dark Matter London are proud to present the lineup for our Second Birthday event on January 19th! And we have something very special in store for you!
As a special birthday treat, we present to you an absolute legend of the tech house scene, who has pioneered the sound since the 90s, Omid 16B. As a londoner - Omid 16B has been at the forefront of the London techno / tech house scene for what seems like forever, and never disappoints with his trademark sound. A prolific producer - with Alola Records - including classics such as Melodica and Time to his most recent release B4LP (Part 3), Omid 16B continues to push the boundaries of the genre and captivate all those who hear his music. We are sure that all Dark Matter London fans will love what Omid 16B has to offer and are so proud to introduce him to you at this special event!
Joining Omid 16B on the decks, we have our competition winner - Vivida! We were clearly very impressed with his set in the competition and are sure that his mix of techno and progressive will deliver exactly what every Dark Matter London fan wants - fantastic beats which create the perfect atmosphere. An aficionado of the techno scene with an obsession for quality music - we are excited to offer Vivida this opportunity to show us what he can do!
As if that wasn’t enough, for our second birthday we welcome back a DJ who has been a devoted Dark Matter follower since its early days, the one and only Mikey Norton. Having impressed us when first playing for us almost 2 years ago, Mikey’s enthusiasm and knowledge of all things techno are sure to deliver something a little different behind the Dark Matter London decks. Welcome back Mikey!
Finally we have our ever reliable Dark Matter residents, starting with System A b2b with Ben Dursley. These DJs carry with them years of experience and deliver every single time, ensuring that the dance floor is full and moving. Sets full of energy, variety and technical skill are the norm and this time as a b2b duo, this can only mean double the fun!
Completing the lineup is the mercurial talent of James Black. As a resident at Dark Matter, podcaster, producer and all-round musical talent, James has shown time and time again that his knowledge of techno is second to none, and that his knowledge of how to play a crowd is just as good!
