Dennis Ferrer returns to Farringdon. With a career spanning across more than two decades, the New York house pioneer has a flair for pulling out the very best party tunes electronic music has to offer. Having stormed Room One twice in 2018, he makes a return to grace our Martin Audio rig for a special Dennis Ferrer & Friends showcase. Joining him on the night is Cuartero, whose lively records can be found on labels like Hot Creations and Moon Harbour. Tech house wizard De La Swing leads the proceedings, joined by one of the key signees on Ferrer’s Objektivity label, Nasser Baker. Rounding off his showcase, Ferrer also invites two local London talents: James Dexter, and Grainger. For 33’s showcase, a host of Forms regulars land. Rossi and Pat Wilson make a return for another back-to-back set, while the party’s resident DJs Karter & NinetyOne round things off.
Update: We regret to announce that Dennis Ferrer is unable to join us tonight due to a family emergency. While we’re disappointed he won’t be able to play on this occasion, we know he’s gutted to miss his first showcase with us, and wish him all the best.
Dennis sends his unreserved apologies, and will be working closely with us to arrange a rescheduled date in the near future. In Dennis’ absence, we’ve arranged for the rest of the line-up to play a series of one-off back-to-back sets through the night.
