A burgeoning producer who is undeniably talented, Anastasia Kristensen is an uncompromising force in the dance music scene at the moment, bringing an unrivalled intensity to the dance floor through her productions as well as each time she gets behind the decks.
Born in Russia, Kristensen moved to Denmark at a young age and is now based in Copenhagen, a city that has recently been bubbling up to the surface with its distinct sound. Kristensen has thoroughly immersed herself in Copenhagen's music scene, with a regular DJ slot at her home venue Culture Box and queer party Mainstream, she continues to find inspiration from every corner of the city.
Kristensen's rise in the dance music scene has been quick. She went from being an unknown quantity at the beginning of this year to playing at the likes of Berlin Atonal, Unsound, Dimensions and Exit festival, and firing up dance floors across Europe at renowned clubs like fabric London, Säule Berghain, Bassiani and more.
This is definitely going to be one for the books, as Anastasia Kristensen gets behind the cage for an all-nighter with an arsenal of old-school electro, vintage rave music and IDM-inflected techno to captivate the dance floor and make you dance.
