- Papua New Guinea-born, Melbourne-based songwriter Kaiit sings and raps about love and growing up with seamless nonchalance. Over smooth, jazzy neo-soul production, the young rising star's debut hit "Natural Woman" made an instantaneous impact when it arrived in June 2017. KAIIT's debut EP, "Live From Her Room" was well-received, acting as a 5-track introduction to her as both artist and person - each track recounting her journey thus far. Her sassy, swaying soul music is littered with emotion, and is bound to convert her from your hype-woman to your homegirl in no time at all. We can't wait to welcome this prodigy to our stage. Allysha Joy has performed alongside acts such as Sampa the Great, Man Made Mountain, MKO and Simon Mavin, of Hiatus Kaiyote. Allysha is simply one of the most talented singers and songwriters to come out of Melbourne in recent years and is coming over to perform her soulful songs with simply a Fender Rhodes and a singing talent that will draw a tear from the driest eye. With a beautiful seven single ‘FNFL’ (Northside Records) which has been critically acclaimed, this is an essential act who will only blossom in the years to come.
