Raw Fusion Sf Opening Party

  • On Saturday, October 31st, Lotus pleased to introduce the newest (and quite possibly the freshest) outpost of your favorite kick ass Swedish-make-your-butt-fat-jiggle label... RAW FUSION SF That's right kids. The label that has consistently put out sure-fire dancefloor dynamite over the last few years and has thrown down one of the best parties during Miami's annual WMC in recent years, Raw Fusion has received critical acclaim from tastemakers around the globe and I am pleased to launch this new quarterly party at the brand new Eve Lounge in SF. Not familiar with Raw Fusion? Here's what a few choice folks have to say... "When I go shopping, the first (and sometimes only, when I'm crunched for time) labels I check for are Raw Fusion & Jugglin. That whole swedish crew must be eating some hearty soul and latin food, cuz they shitting out some fucking amazing records consistently!!!" - Bobbito "I really love the label as a whole, and I always ask for their joints at the stores when I'm digging. I wish there were more American labels that were as adventurous as these guys..." - Rich Medina (Kindred Spirits) "...fighting musical mediocrity takes balls. Y'all got big ones!" - Garth Trinidad (KCRW/Chocolate City) The opening night just happens to fall on Halloween, so we'll be launching this new quarterly party with a crazy big bang as we welcome to the decks, special guest SIMBAD (Raw Fusion, UK/France) This new party will take place every 5th Saturday of the month at Eve Lounge and will also showcase the musical stylings of rotating residents J-Boogie, Proof & King Most. Costumes are damn near mandatory (as if folks in the Bay really need an excuse to dress up) and cover is only $10 all night.
