With the onset of spring, the chicks from Coop Audio are hatching with gusto, ready to return to the The Flying Dutchman’s basement of dreams on Friday 19th April.
From 10pm to 6am, our widely-loved, audiophile Lambda Labs soundsystem will be put to full effect by our esteemed guests, Manmade Deejay and Kiia. Our trusty coop residents will be playing smooth jams at the bar throughout the evening, helping you make this Good Friday considerably better than Jesus’ ~2000 years ago.

Manmade Deejay (Help Recordings, Regelbau) [Århus, Denmark]
A cherished affiliate of Regelbau: Europe’s most reliable and heralded source of dreamy, sun-tinged house music. Along with his companions, Manmade Deejay has helped to put Århus, Denmark’s second city, on the map. Producing outstanding house tracks such as ‘V-Bee’ as well as some of the most beautiful ambient around, Man Dee has also been gaining a reputation as a sublime selector. We look forward to witnessing him grace the decks for an extended set showcasing his signature Man-Dee steeze.

Kiia’s reputation as a accomplished DJ of exciting and diverse electronic music has been steadily growing, showcased by her residency at one of Bristol’s favourite parties, Dialogue, and sets at Printworks and Motion. Tuning into one of her regular appearances on Noods Radio and 1020 Radio perfectly explains why we are absolutely delighted to have her curating the vibe in The Flying Dutchman’s intimate basement!

***IMPORTANT ADMISSION INFO PLEASE READ!!***
There are 2 key pieces of information regarding admission:
1). Bags larger than a handbag are not allowed in the venue. This is a security policy of the venue. Please do not arrive to the event with large bags, else security will unfortunately deny you entry.
2). We have to provide a full list of planned attendees to the venue before the event. Anyone who wants to come HAS TO BE BE ON THE LIST or they will not be allowed in. These are part of the licensing conditions imposed by the council on the venue and unfortunately no exceptions can be made!
You MUST click 'going' on the Facebook event, purchase a ticket on RA or message Coop Audio with your names directly in order to be on the list. A limited number of tickets will be available on the door, but your name must be on the list if you wish to purchase them. So if you think you think there is any chance at all you might decide to come on the night, please press attending or message us directly! If you purchase multiple tickets on behalf of your friends please ensure that they have clicked attending also!
