We team up again for the third edition of Futurum. With all female identifying line up and four live acts held in Wrocław’s Firlej Club.
In the evening of 23rd March, Copenhagen Posh Isolation and Nesm affiliate, Panxing, will combine elements of techno and experimental music with soft minimalist piano, serving the melancholy mood of dreamy synths with sharp twists and turns. The performance of another Copenhagen based talent, producer and choreographer, Gel will explore the audio aspects of modern dance figures. As in the case of contemporary dance, her music constantly transforms contracting into a combination of classic 120 bpm, distorted synths and modulates vocals.
Coming from Vienna, the founder of Sounds Queer Festival, Mala Herba will cast a spell of powerful, witchy vocals, hypnotic beats, cold basslines and romantic synthesized melodies that will definitely make you dance. The co-founder of stereotype-breaking Oramics collective, devoted to improving visibility of female-identified artists on Polish electronic scene, FOQL will perform a full live act to premier her new ‘Dumpster Diving Know-How’ album to be released on 15th March via CGI Records.
As usual, performances will be preceded by the presentation of DIY, valiant initiatives. This time Futurum will explore all female projects, Warsaw based Oramics collective and Girls To The Front, forward thinking zin and heartwarming nightclub.
