- Since the inception of disco, dance music has gotten pretty weird. Nightlife culture took a drastic turn in the 70’s when dance club bands were replaced with DJs & discotheque clubbing hours went long into the early morning. Cut to 40+ years later and the late-night clubs still stand, the DJ still controls the room as the syncopated lights wash each dancers mind away to euphoria. Where “Psycho” may mean crazy, “Disco” represents the discotheque, the DJs & the music. This record label aims to preserve our inclusive underground heritage while pushing the envelope of house music into it’s next chapter.
